Commerce Club of PG Deptt. of Commerce and Business Administration of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized two competitive events on Eloquent Leaders and Leadership & Mentoring Lessons under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of the department and said that leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. She also encouraged the students to always do their best and become a natural leader by setting an example for others. Head of Department Dr. Kanwaldeep Kaur inspired the students by saying that successful leaders see the opportunities in every difficulty rather than difficulty in every opportunity. The students presented success stories of various eminent leaders and also delivered mentoring and leadership lessons by construing scenes from bollywood movies. In eloquent leaders competition, team which shared the success story of Baldev Raj Mittal, Lovely Group bagged first prize and the team portraying the life of Steve Jobs, Apple Co., was given second prize. Appreciation awards were given to the students who shared success stories of Ekta Kapoor, Balaji Telefilms and Dhirubai Ambani, Reliance Group. In the competition of leadership and mentoring lessons through bollywood movies, team which exhibited leadership lessons from Ramayan got first prize and team which portrayed leadership lessons from Padmavat got second prize. Appreciation awards were given to the team who conveyed great lessons through Three Idiots and Nayak movie. Mrs. Kajal Puri and Mrs. Savita Mahendru were the judges for the event. Stage was conducted by Ms. Karishma, Neeta Chaudhary and Gulfam Virdi. On this occasion, Dr. Seema Khanna and Mrs. Shefali were also present. Vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. Binoo Gupta, Incharge Commerce Club.
