Victory of success is half won when one gains the habit of setting and
achieving goals and to inspire the students to develop same habit a webinar on
“Success Mantra for Achieving Aspiring Career” was organized at HMV Collegiate
Sr. Sec. School under the visionary guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen and with the initiating action of coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal. The
event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony followed by Gayatri
Mantra. The keynote speaker of the event was Mr. Ujjwal Chugh (CEO and Founder
ISOLS). He is a digital visionary and author who has touched the life of
thousands of youth for transforming them as less ordinary using the proves
success mantra and power technology and digital. On the very onset, Principal
Dr. Ajay Sareen in her introductory note expressed a warm welcome to the
resource person for sparing his valuable time for inspiring the students of HMV
Collegiate School. During the mentoring session Mr. Ujjwal Chugh shared his own
start point when he himself had the vision to achieve success in life. He
inspired students to follow seven pillars of success ; Mindset, Action Authenticity,
Clarity, Knowledge, Goal Setting for Realising Aspiration, Self Conviction and
lastly to keep evolving and maximize the dimension of perception. He elaborated
the thought process in students mind and invoked a sense of self assurance in
them. Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen in her address recalled the motto of the
organisation by mentioning the honourable President Padama Shri Punam Suri,
that HMV is wholeheartedly devoted to the cause of empowering women by
providing various platforms and transforming society. Vote of thanks was
accorded by Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal and she also exhorted students by
giving her success mantras, 4 D’s – Desire, Dedication, Dillegence and Determination.
She told students the importance of setting up micro goals to climb the stairs
of success. Students participated actively in this interactive as well as
enriching session. Mrs. Anjana Bhatia
