At Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, a Havan Yajna was
organized on the occasion of beginning of new semester with enthusiasm. On this occasion, Justice (Retd.) Sh. N.K.
Sud, Chairman, Local Advisory Committee and Mrs. Arunima Sud were the Chief
Guests. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen accorded him a warm welcome. Dr.
Naproop Kaur, Dr Seema Marwaha, Dr. Saloni Sharma from teaching faculty, Mr.
Pankaj Jyoti, Mr. Ravi Maini and Mrs. Seema K. Joshi from Non-Teaching staff were
present for the Havan. Gayatri Mantra
was recited and Havan was performed seeking the blessings of the Almighty. On this occasion, Chief Guest Justice (Retd.)
Sh.N.K. Sud presented Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen the award for Best
Principal accorded by National EduTrust of India. Dr. Anjana Bhatia also
received the award of honour for Best Nodal Officer. The College Planner 2025
and HMV News Vol. 54 were also released on the occasion. In addition, a book
edited by Dr. Rakhi Mehta, Head of Department of Design, “Edu Art” on the
topics of Art and Nature was also released. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay
Sareen gave best wishes for new year and gave her blessings for physical and
mental health of everyone. She
encouraged the staff members to work in a collective manner for the development
of the institution. She also shared the
message of Arya Ratan Padamshri Dr. Punam Suri, President DAV College Managing
Committee, New Delhi in which he said that we should contribute in the
development of the society. Principal Prof. Dr. Sareen congratulated Incharge
Publication Mrs. Ritu Bajaj, Coordinator of Planner Committee Mr. Sushil Kumar
and members HMV News Dr. Ramnita Saini Sharda and Mr. Neeraj Aggarwal. On this occasion, all the members of teaching
and non-teaching staff were present.
