Fashion Designing
department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a two days workshop on Fabric
Beautification. The resource person was
Mrs. Ambica Khurana, Asstt. Prof. in Textile Designing from Khalsa College for
women, Amritsar. During the workshop,
students of Fashion designing learnt about various techniques of surface
ornamentation like block printing, screen printing, stencil, macramé knotting
etc. All the faculty members alongwith
students attended the workshop.
Principal Prof. Mrs. Dr. Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts made by the
staff and students.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਡਿਪਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਫੈਬਰਿਕ ਬਿਊਟੀਫੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਉਪਰ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਾਧਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ- ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਤੀ ਅੰਬਿਕਾ ਖੁਰਾਨਾ, ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਫਾਰ ਵੂਮਨ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਸਟੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਦੇ ਪਦ ਤੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ । ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਫੇਸ ਔਰਨਾਮੈਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਭਿੰਨ ਭਿੰਨ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ- ਬਲਾਕ, ਸਕਰੀਨ, ਸਟੈਂਸਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟਿੰਗ, ਮੈਕਰਮ ਨੌਟਿੰਗ ਆਦਿ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਮੈਡਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੇ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਾਇਆ।
