Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized one day workshop on “Income Tax and Accounts” on
November 9, 2016 for the accounts branch of the college under the aegis of IQAC. The resource person of the workshop was
Mr. A. K. Randev and Mr. Vasu Aggarwal, Chartered Accountants. 15 participants
attended the workshop. The workshop started with the overview of taxation
system in India and income from 5 heads of the income as well as deduction and
exemption under the income tax. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated
the efforts of IQAC for organizing such beneficial workshop to upgrade and
train the accounts staff.
