Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a seminar on Right to Service Act 2011. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen welcomed the
Chief Guest Advocate Sh. Shiv Kumar Sonik.
She focussed on how right to service can make dream of corruption free
India come true. Sh. Sonik enlightened the students with the law
related to right to service in different departments. He also underlined the fact that services
under this act are time bound. Students
asked various questions and Sh. Sonik satisfied the curious minds in the best
manner. He also motivated the audience
to utilize the act to its best.
On this occasion, Mrs. Kuljeet Kaur,
Nodal Officer in HMV expressed gratitude to the chief guest and told students
about the application of this act in the field of education. Stage was conducted by Dr. Nidhi Kochhar. Mrs. Alka,Dr. Jivan Devi, Ms. Sukhwinder, Mr.
Amarjit Khanna and other members of faculty graced the event with their
presence.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਡਾ.ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸੋਨਿਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਐਕਟ 2011 (ਰਾਈਟ ਟੂ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਐਕਟ 2011) ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਸਹਿਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੋਨਿਕ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਕਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੁਕਤਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਹੱਦਬੰਦੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਬਖਸ਼ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇਂਦਿਆਂ ੳੱਤਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਲਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਨੋਡਲ ਅਫਸਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਡਾ. ਨਿਧੀ ਕੋਛੜ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਬਾਖੂਬੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਲਕਾ, ਕੁ. ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ, ਡਾ. ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਖੰਨਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
