The students of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya made a Hattrick by
winning Dr. J.S. Bawra Overall Trophy
for the third time in a row. It is a
national level competition which is organized by Sangeet Kala Manch. Around 150 candidates participated in this
competition as a whole and the students of HMV won Overall Trophy. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated
the teachers and the students. She told
that Km. Bandana got First position in Classical Vocal. She will get a change to perform as an artist
in next year’s Sangeet Kala Manch Sammelan.
Km. Rydhima got Second position in Sitar (non percussion) in classical
instrument category. Km. Arshpreet got
Third position in Sitar (non percussion) in Classical instrument category. Km. Kiran participated in Tabla (percussion)
and got certificate and Km. Anushka participated in Classical Vocal and got
certificate. On this occasion, Dr. Jyoti
Mittu, Head of Music Instl. Deptt., Dr. Prem Sagar, Head Music Vocal Deptt.,
Dr. Santosh Khanna and other teachers were also present.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਜੇ.ਐਸ.ਬਾਵਰਾ ਅੋਵਰਆੱਲ ਟਾਫੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਤੀਜ਼ੀ ਵਾਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਹੈਟਿਕ ਬਣਾਈ। ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਪਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਕਲਾ ਮੰਚ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 'ਚ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ 150 ਪਤਿਭਾਗਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਐਚ.ਐਮ.ਵੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੋਵਰਆੱਲ ਟਾਫੀ ਜਿੱਤੀ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸ਼ੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਲਾਸਿਕਲ ਵੋਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁ. ਬੰਦਨਾ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਗਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਕਲਾ ਮੰਚ ਸੱਮੇਲਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਪਰਫਾਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕੁ. ਰਿਧਿਮਾ ਨੇ ਸਿਤਾਰ ਨਾੱਨ ਪਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੁ. ਅਰਸ਼ਪੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਤਾਰ ਨਾੱਨ ਪਰਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਲਾਸਿਕਲ ਇੰਸਟਰੂਮੇਂਟ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੁ. ਕਿਰਨ ਨੇ ਤਬਲਾ ਪਰਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਕੁ. ਅਨੁਸ਼ਕਾ ਨੇ ਕਲਾਸਿਕਲ ਵੋਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਵਾਘ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਜੋਤੀ ਮਿੱਤੂ, ਸੰਗੀਤ ਗਾਇਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਪੇਮ ਸਾਗਰ, ਡਾ. ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ ਖੰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੌਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
