organized Ru-Ba-Ru with Mr. Balbir
Parwana (Literature Editor, Nawan Zamana) under the able guidance of Principal
Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Mr. Balbir
Parwana was welcomed by Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and Head of
Punjabi Deptt. Mrs. Kawaljit Kaur. The
students of Punjabi Deptt. participated in Ru-Ba-Ru with full enthusiasm. The main topic of discussion was Novel
‘Sisakada Akash’ which is in B.A. Part I syllabus. Students asked questions about the theme of
novel, its characters, technique of novel and artistic treatment. The students came to know about the communist
thinking between the years 1970 to 1990 and other theories prevalent at that
time. Mr. Parwana gave answers to the
questions of the students. Mrs. Veena
Arora presented vote of thanks.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਕਵਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਸੁਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ, ਨਵਾਂ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਾ ਰੁ-ਬ-ਰੂ ਪੋਗਾਮ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਆਰੰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੇ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੂੰਜੀ ਆਇਆਂ ਆਖਿਆ। ਰੁ-ਬ-ਰੂ ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੜੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਬੀ.ਏ ਭਾਗ-ਪਹਿਲਾ ਦੇ ਪਾਠ´ਮ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਨਾਵਲ ਸਿਮਟਦਾ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਰਿਹਾ। ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸਤਕ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ, ਪਾਤਰਾਂ, ਨਾਵਲ ਦੀ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਕਈ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛੇ। ਨਾਵਲ ਵਿੱਓ ਕਮਿਉਨਿਸਟ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਨੂੰਪਿਛੋਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖੇ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਮਿਉਨਿਸਟ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ 1970 ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 1990 ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਅਲੱਗਅਲੱ-ਗ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੜੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛੇ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਕਵਲਜੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੀਨਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਵਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਗਏ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗਿਆਸਾ ਨੂੰਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੀਮਤੀ ਵੀਨਾ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
