The
Principal of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen has
been elected as President of GNDU Sports
Committee (Women). DAV College Managing
Committee New Delhi, Local Committee and Staff members congratulated her for
this achievement. Prof. Dr. (Mrs.)
Sareen said about the future plan of the Committee that our prime objective is
to win MAKA Sports Trophy this time. We
wish to contribute to the growth of our country at the International level in
the field of sports by providing best players to the nation. She also talked about the sports department
of HMV that HMV has felt proud to produce International Players for the

Km. Harmanpreet Kaur, Arujna Awardee is an example for the same who brought
laurels to the nation. Besides this, HMV
is providing excellent infrastructure and facilities to the sportswomen like
International standard Swimming Pool, Indoor Stadium, Shooting Range, well
equipped Gym etc. Dr. Ajay Sareen has
always promoted sports activities and it will be her aim in future also.
ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਾ, ਜ¦ਧਰ ਦੀ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸ਼ੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੂੰਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅੰਮਿਤਸਰ ਦੀ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਪਧਾਨਾ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਡੀਏਵੀ ਕਾੱਲੇਜ ਮੈਨੇਜ਼ਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਲੋਕਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ਼ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਭੱਵਿਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਕਾ ਟਾਫੀ ਪਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰਚੰਗੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਡ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਨੂੰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਨ ਪਾਪਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਇਕ ਉਦਾਰਣ ´ਿਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਅਵਾਰਡੀ ਹਰਮਨਪੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਐਚਐਮਵੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਖਿਡਾਰਣਾ ਨੂੰਵਧੀਆ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦਾ ਸਵੀਮਿੰਗ ਪੂਲ, ਇੰਡੋਰ ਸਟੇਡਿਯਮ, ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਰੇਂਜ਼, ਬੇਹਤਰੀਨ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਸਨੇ ਜਿਮ ਆਦਿ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਾ. ਸਰੀਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰਪੋਤਸਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਵਿਖ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹੋ ਟੀਚਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
