Designing Department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a
workshop on Macreme – a popular yarn craft technique for the students of
fashion designing. The resource person
was Ms. Anu, an entrepreneur and designer from New Delhi. A NIIFT, Mohali alumnae from textile
technology background taught the students about various knots and
techniques. The students along with all
the faculty members attended the workshop.

ਹੰਸ ਰਾਮ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਮੇਂ´ੇਮੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਸੁਸੀ ਅਨੁ ਜੋਕਿ ਐਨਆਈਆਈਐਫਟੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਫਲ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨਰ ਹਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਮੇਂ´ਮੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਗੱਢਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਇਨ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਏ.ਡੀ.ਐਫ.ਡੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਂ´ਮੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਾਈ ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੀ ਪਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
