The centre for Gandhian study of Hans Raj
Mahia Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a prayer meeting to pay homage to
Father of the Nation on his birth anniversary.
On this occasion, students of music (vocal) deptt. recited favorite
bhajans of Mahatma Gandhi ‘Vaishnav Jan To Tere Kahiye’ and ‘Raghupati Raghav
Raja Raam’. Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs.
Ajay Sareen told the students to follow the guidelines of Gandhi ji. She said that his guidelines are more important
for the present time because moral values are being degraded. She also said that Swachtta include clean
environment and clean thoughts.
Coordinator Dr. Rajiv Kumar also encouraged the students to follow the
path of truth & non-violence. On
this occasion, students and teachers were also present.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਫਾੱਰ ਗਾਂਧੀਅਨ ਸਟੱਡੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਸੁਨ ਭੇਂਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਗਾਇਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਗਾਧੀ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਭਜਨ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਜਨ ਤੋ ਅਤੇ ਰਘੁਪਤਿ ਰਾਘਵ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਗਾਏ ਗਏ। ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੁੰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ• ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਦੰਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੌਰ ਵੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਮੁਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਵਛੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਵਛੱਤਾ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਸਿਰਫ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਵਛੱਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜਦਕਿ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਵਛੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰਬਾਪੂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਗਏ ਸੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
