The Sanskrit
department and Arya Yuvti Sabha of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar
organized Inter Class Vedic Quiz Competition under the able guidance of
Principal Prof. Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen. On
this occasion, Head of Sanskrit Deptt Mrs. Sunita Dhawan emphasized on the
importance of Sanskrit Language and Literature.
She said that Sanskrit language lay a positive effect on the mind and
speed up the process of thinking. There
were three teams in competition namely Ojasvi, Tejasvi and Menasvi. There were ten rounds in the competition and
quiz was conducted by Mrs. Sunita Dhawan.
Km. Rafia, Yashika, Amita & Pooja of team Ojasvi won 1st
prize with 70 marks. Madam Principal
congratulated the winners. On this
occasion, Dr. Jiwan Devi and Km. Chitra were also present.
ਹੰਸ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੇ ਆਰਿਆ ਯੁਵਤੀ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਪਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੋ. ਡਾ. ਸੀਮਤੀ ਅਜੈ ਸਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਇੰਟਰਕਲਾਸ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਕੁਇਜ਼ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਧਵਨ ਨੇ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਨਵ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਤੇ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਪਭਾਵ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਰੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਵਿਜ਼ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਜਸਵੀ, ਤੇਜਸਵੀ ਤੇ ਮਨਸਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਿਕ ਸੰਸ´ਿਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਪਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਬਾਖ਼ੂਬੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦਾ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੀਮਤੀ ਧਵਨ ਨੇ ਦਸ ਰਾਊਂਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ। ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਜਸਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ: ਰਾਫਿਆ, ਯਸ਼ਿਕਾ, ਅਮਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 70 ਅੰਕ ਪਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਪਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਵੀ ਤੇ ਕੁ. ਚਿਤਰਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
